I’m Eric Diaz, a PC technician with over 25 years experience repairing and building computers. Big tech and memory shortages have made PCs too expensive and inaccessible for everyday families. Especially kids who just want to play, learn, and explore. This giveaway exists so the next generation still gets a shot at the hardware corporations no longer care to serve.

I love that gaming is joyful and creative and unlike some tech companies who now only sell to corporations, I want kids to get a chance at the same tools that built our love for tech in the first place.

This giveaway is for NYC residents of all ages, and children are welcomed. However for legal clarity, kids under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian enter on their behalf.

I personally build every PC in this giveaway. I select, assemble, and test each system myself to make sure it’s reliable, fast, and built to last.

The Mission

This giveaway exists because quality computers have become harder for everyday families to afford. Especially for kids who just want to learn, create, and enjoy gaming. As major tech companies shift their focus toward enterprise and corporate customers, regular people are often left behind.This project is my way of pushing back.By building and giving away custom PCs, I’m helping keep access to technology personal, fair, and community driven, so kids and young creators aren’t locked out of opportunities simply because of cost.

How the Giveaway Works

Entries are accepted each month up to a maximum of 2,500. All entries are reviewed to ensure eligibility requirements are met and required information is complete. Once the monthly entry limit is reached, the entry form closes and a winner is selected at random using a neutral and verifiable method. The selection process will be documented and publicly shared. No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win. Optional community support does not provide an entry and does not increase the odds of winning.Winners are announced on the last day of each month.First Winner Announced: End of February 2026Eligibility: Open to NYC residents (Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island). Must be 18+ to enter; parents or guardians may enter on behalf of minors. Winners agree to public acknowledgment and recording of the giveaway event.
